Internship + Residency
Overview
Step 1: Let’s Talk
The first step is for us to schedule a Discovery Call to talk about whether or not a global internship or residency is right for you.
Step 2: Application
You will receive a link to fill out your application, submit references, and take the required assessment tests and background check.
Step 3: Interview
If your application is approved, you will be invited to two interviews to talk about your story and your desire to serve in the global context.
Step 4: Approval
If you are approved, you will receive an invitation outlining your internship or residence. You will have two weeks to accept your appointment.
Step 5: Coaching
If you accept the invitation, you will be assigned an Internship Coach who will walk alongside you and your church throughout the internship.
Step 6: Go
Once you have raised your funds and met all of the requirements to go, your Partnership Coach will work with your church to send you well.
