Jason Coache serves as the Director of Global Internships for Send Global, focusing on developing and guiding opportunities for hands-on ministry experience worldwide.

A pastor since 2008, Jason brings over 17 years of dedicated ministry leadership spanning youth ministry (Bayside Chapel, NJ, 2008-2017), church planting (Wellspring Church, NJ, 2017), and pastoral leadership, offering valuable perspective to emerging mission leaders.

A graduate of Cairn University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, Jason also serves concurrently as an Outpost Pastor and Residency Pastor for One Church in New Hampshire.

He is passionate about equipping the next generation by connecting them with impactful global internship opportunities. Jason is married to his wife, Ava, and together they have three children: Landon, Brady, and Reagan.

Outside of ministry, he enjoys backcountry hiking, is a dog lover, and supports all things New England Sports. Jason is available to connect with potential interns, church partners, and organizations interested in developing global internship programs.
