With two decades of experience as a full-time pastor, Ryan brings deep ministry insight to his leadership role. As a certified church consultant and business owner, he is passionate about helping individuals align their faith with their vocational calling.

Ryan is married to his wife, Karen, and together they have three children: Summer, RJ, and Drew. He is available to collaborate with church leaders on developing mission strategies and is open to speaking engagements to share about missions and the work of Send Global.
